From Dhaka to every district — here's how we get your order to your doorstep, safely and on time.

Delivery Areas

Backmart delivers across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines and costs vary based on your location:

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Standard Delivery

Our default shipping method, available nationwide. Delivered through our logistics partners including Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX.

Express Delivery

Available within Dhaka Metro (Zone 1) for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day or next business day.

Scheduled Delivery

Choose a preferred delivery date during checkout. Available for Zone 1 and Zone 2 locations. Schedule up to 7 days in advance.

Heavy or oversized items (monitors, desktop PCs, appliances over 10kg) may incur an additional shipping surcharge of BDT 100–300 depending on weight and destination.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (BST) on business days are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • Business days are Saturday through Thursday. Friday is our weekly holiday
  • During peak seasons (Eid, New Year, 11.11 sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order through:

  • Your Backmart account dashboard under "My Orders"
  • The tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation SMS/email
  • Our logistics partner's tracking portal using the provided tracking ID

Tracking updates may take 2–6 hours to reflect after a status change. If your tracking hasn't updated in 24 hours, contact our support team.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts at the address you provided
  • If both attempts fail (recipient unavailable, address incorrect, phone unreachable), the package will be held at the nearest courier hub for 3 business days
  • After the holding period, undelivered packages are returned to our warehouse
  • Returned packages can be re-shipped at no extra charge (standard delivery) or refunded

Pre-Order & International Shipping

Products sourced from international suppliers (China pre-orders) follow different timelines:

  • Sourcing period — 7–15 business days for the product to be procured and shipped from the supplier
  • International transit — 10–20 business days via air cargo, depending on the product category
  • Customs clearance — 2–5 business days. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are included in the listed price unless stated otherwise
  • Domestic delivery — Standard domestic delivery timelines apply after customs clearance

Total estimated delivery for pre-orders: 3–6 weeks from order placement. You will receive progress updates at each stage.
